"One of the most time consuming steps of my protein purification process was filtering supernatant. No matter how much I would spin, I would always end up with cells or debris that would foul the bottle top vacuum filters I was using. The VacuCaps with the 0.8um prefilter would finish in minutes what took hours before. I almost cried tears of joy the first time I used it."
