The UVL-Hi is an ultra-violet source suitable for surface analysis applications such as ultra-violet photoelectron spectroscopy (UPS).

  • Small spot size - typically 1.5 mm              
  • Very high photon flux - 1.5x 1012 photons/second              
  • Choice of light pipe lengths to suit application              
  • Effective two-stage differential pumping              
  • Air cooled              
  • Integral bellows for alignment
