"Reproducibility is great, very easy to use. My only complaint is that sample tables can't be set up very easy. Also you cannot use a scanner where the sample name is entered but it can be entered in comment section. "

"The user interface is quite easy. Even a non-technical person can easily handle the instrument once gone through the user manual. Maintenance usually is not required but still the local engineer from the supplier is easily approachable. The cost is not too high if one is thorough with the applicability of the instrument. "
