Overall a good instrument and overall decent customer service
Application Area: Clinical chemistry, immunoassay and cardiac
"The analyzers are very easy to use. Lately the quality control on products (reagents and consumables) has been lacking. It is difficult to troubleshoot quality control issues due to manufacturing issues and technical support is lacking. Support services and application help is driven by number and they are hesitant to want to help in fear of having 'dings' against their annual reviews which makes it difficult to receive help by some."

Analyzers are more work than they are worth.
Application Area:General immunoassay chemistry in core lab
"These analyzers are down quite often. The software is user friendly but we are having difficulty getting product and have had to have service multiple times for the same issue."

they are GREAT, ease of use, easy to maintain.
Application Area:Immunology
"The DXI 600 is the work horse of our immunology department. we have 3 of them, 2 on the automation line and one stand alone for maternal screens. The DXI for maternal screens is one of the original DXI produced for production and is still going. they are user friendly both hardware and software. Staff are very comfortable with them and they’re easy to train new staff. They are easy to trouble shoot and to work on. We continue to add new assays to them because we know the instruments can handle the workload. "

Like it but have issues with its performance in some analytical area…need better customer service in that
Application Area:analysing analytes in samples
"it is good for few analytes but not very good for others. Such as Estradiol 2. We are having lots of issues with it. The controls are way jumpy and there is no explanation from company... "
