It is a great kit, bit expensive. We will try liquid formats.
Application Area: Detection kit for pesticide resistances (SNP's)
"Using it for 3 full years, product is reliable and there is a good quality control in place. Easy to use, we may recommend these kits to others."

Sensitivity
Application Area:Blood virus
"It has a higher sensitivity and reaction rate. In blood virus detection, we havemade a major breakthrough. But, we want to continue to increase the sensitivity(now is 10 copies), can you give us some suggestions?"

Great product. Utility as an infield diagnostic has huge potential.
Application Area:Research and Development
"RPA is a great technology, with a lot of potential, especially in the diagnostics field. Once reliable probes are designed, the technology is easy to use. TwistDx offer good after sales service. Currently still fairly expensive for agricultural diagnostics, it would be great to see the price come down a little. Licensing is a potential bottleneck for us."

Good product that consistently works. Expensive reagents compared to other NAAT, but is unique.
Application Area:DNA amplification for diagnostic device development
"Product comes with clear instructions and is easy to use. The service from Twist is typically high-quality and they are relatively fast to respond to issues. The kits are expensive, but it is the only place to purchase them."

Application Area:Diagnostic
"This easy to use product allows the amplification of DNA in an isothermal configuration in a fast and sensitive manner. The technology relies on recombinases proteins to unwind the double strand DNA in search for homology with the single strand oligonucleotides (i.e. primers and/or probes) obviating the need for an initial denaturation step at 95 C. In addition, the enzymes are lyophilized offering a longer stability and allowing the implementation of this product in microfluidic platforms for molecular diagnostic purposes at point-of care."
The exo kit is recommended for users who want to combine the TwistDx RPA amplification technology with the use of TwistDx's proprietary fluorescent TwistAmp® exo Probe in a homogenous format.
