"Using the Twista instrument combined with TwistAmp exo reagents for nucleic acids amplification was simple and fast. The instrument allowed following in real-time the amplification of the target in less than 20 minutes. Reading simultaneously in two different channels (FAM and TAMRA) favored multiplexing. Having a portable, light and affordable device like Twista to carry on isothermal amplification was a good choice for our laboratory and we are very satisfied with its performance."
