The TVS1400 single-plate 33 x 41cm (W x H) large format vertical gel electrophoresis unit is ideal for high-resolution techniques, such as DNA sequencing, SSCP, heteroduplex and oligonucleotide analysis, requiring long distance separations. The greater width of the TVS1400 allows a maximum of 96 samples to be processed during each electrophoretic separation.

In addition, optional accessories are available, such as the FHS-KIT for temperature control and the GD4534 and Vacuubrand® MZ 2C + 2 AK vacuum pump for gel drying.
