TurboVap® Concentration Workstations
The TurboVap Concentration Workstations from PerkinElmer provide an automated alternative to Kuderna-Danish, Rotary, Vacuum-Style and Nitrogen Blow-Down Evaporators. For over ten years TurboVap concentration technology has received enormous acclaim with over 4,000 units in use around the world today.
Utilizing a proprietary gas-vortexing action, its fast, unattended operation doubles sample throughput, frees up resources, and improvises quality control.
TurboVaps are in routine use in thousands of environmental, food testing, pharmaceutical, NIDA, forensic and chemical laboratories worldwide. The Turbo family of products provides evaporation solutions for multiple formats, from small and large volume tubes to 96 well microplates.

Utilizing any of twelve available tube racks, the TurboVap LV is designed to work with a variety of tube sizes from 1.5mL to 35mL, an can also be adapted to work with Dionex ASEª vials. The unit can evaporate/concentrate up to 50 samples simultaneously.
The TurboVap II is designed for larger volumes and works with glassware in either 50mL or 200mL sizes, and it can also be adapted to work with Dionex ASEª 40mL tubes. The unit can evaporate/concentrate up to six samples simultaneously.
The TurboVap 96 is a two-position unit that provides fast, convenient, environmentally controlled evaporation for 96 well microplates and deep-well plates. The unit can evaporate 500ul's of methanol per well in 12 minutes.
The TurboVap 500 is a two-position unit with a unique closed-cell design that enables solvent recovery, allowing for safe laboratory operation and convenient disposal. Each solvent container can hold up to 500mL's of sample.
