"Purchased LC-MS/MS TSQ ENDURA a triple quad mass spectrometer. This instrument is very good for quantitation purpose and can detect analytes in Picogram range. It is easy to learn and stable. However, technical support is also very good but onsite takes longer time than you would like to see."

"Many of the analytical combinations that were possible with the TSQ ultra or access are not possible any more. Tune software has obvious bugs. On the other hand, sensitivity seems better than what is reported in the specs sheet. It does not seem as robust as claimed to be but time will tell more. "
