The Agilent TriScroll 600 vacuum pump is a two-stage dry scroll pump that operates at a pumping speed of 30 m3/h (500 L/min). The frequent maintenance requirements of oil-sealed rotary vane pumps are eliminated with the TriScroll 600, simplifying regulatory and environmental compliance, and eradicating oil disposal costs.
