"The mass spec is pretty user friendly however the software has few setbacks. Like it does not allow us to use the method written for one configuration (say a micro LC) with another configuration....and we have to write the same program all over again... "

Great instrument but not very sensitive
Application Area:High Resolution MS for lipids and newly synthesized drugs
"5600 triple TOF is good for getting high resolution spectra and great for lipidomics using its companion software such as PeakView and MultiQuant. But its sensitivity is not great."

I cannot think of any other mass spec instruments!
