Our mono-component, liquid TMB solutions combine TMB, substrate buffer and hydrogen peroxide for a safe, ready-to-use, one step, chromogen system. The products do not contain harmful solvents. Recommended for ELISA procedures, liquid TMB yields a soluble blue end product read at 655 nm. The TMB reaction may be stopped with 0.2 M H2SO4 resulting in a yellow color read at 450 nm.
