TissueFAXS – The Equivalent of Flow Cytometry in Tissue

The TissueFAXS is a unique analytical instrument that combines the advantages of multi channel microscopy and automated high resolution imaging with the scientific accuracy of flow cytometry. The quantitative and objective analysis tools provided by the TissueQuest software module complete the instrument's performance. The TissueFAXS can be used successfully in cancer research, developmental biology, pathology, immunology, dermatology, urology, drug development and clinical testing.

• Automated multi-channel image acquisition
• Automated identification of cells in tissue and smears
• Individual regions of interest (ROI) definable by graphical tools
• Automated single cell detection by patented algorithms
• Suitable for cryocut and paraffin sections, cell cultures, TMA's and smears
• Forward Gating from the individual cell in the image to the dot in the scattergram
• Backward Gating from the individual dot or gate to the corresponding cells in the sample
• DotPlot operations – analysis of the image processing results via gating and additional DotPlots
• Histograms and overlays
• Statistical data in tables and export in Excel as well as ASCII formats
