"There is high quality analysis, however, it is a bit complicated for students to grasp the steps they need to go through for a test or to evaluate a product. I never heard of after sale care, it was when the machine is installed, someone calibrated it with not much knowledge on how to train users to be able to start using the machine. As such, the value of the money did not pay back."

"First off let me say that I really love the hardware, GC using Agilent parts save us a bundle in terms of start up cost. And I really REALLY, like the trap, it is too bad it is discontinued. I would like to see software that can print the actual temperature of the GC in the data that is printed out with the TIC data showing the mass fragments as a function of time and the temperature of the GC on the same graph."
