"This instrument works great for small volume (nL) dispensing of any pattern into microwell plates including 384 and 1536. Because of the small bore size of the valve necessary to dispense nL volumes you must rinse the lines thoroughly after each use or clogs will form. Nice price point, great accuracy and precision. I recommend this instrument."

"I have used the Multidrop Combi nL consistently during my years of lab work. It is very user-friendly and extremely precise and accurate. My application was mostly on various types of 384-well plates running fluorescence assays with multiple reagent additions to single plates. The Combi nL was quick and reliable. Any errors generated could be quickly resolved without intervention of an expert, which was very important to me as I was doing time-sensitive assays. It's flexibility in allowing additions to various rows and columns of the plate was invaluable. I always QC'd the Combi before any screen, and never found issues in the QC. If this piece of equipment is properly maintained (ie. cleaning protocol followed every time, and corrosive reagents avoided during use), it is an extremely solid piece of automation to have in the lab. I never used after-sales services, which is why I gave that portion of the review 3/5 stars. "

"I find the Combi nL to be a very useful and easy to use instrument. However programming the methods could be a bit more intuitive."
