Dionex ASE systems automate extraction, filtration and clean-up of solid and semisolid sample matrices using common solvents at elevated temperatures and pressures. Low- and high-throughput systems are available for a wide variety of applications.

Dionex ASE systems enable extraction of sample sizes 1 to 100g in minutes, perform unattended extraction of up to 24 samples and use 50 to 90% less solvent compared to other methods. The chemically inert pathway supports acidic and alkaline matrices and solvents. These flexible, easy-to-operate, cost-effective systems have been approved for use by the U.S. EPA and CLP Program. There are a variety of products that can be added to the Dionex ASE extraction cell to remove moisture, disperse the sample matrix and neutralize mineral acids.
