The C11713CA is a polychromator integrated with optical elements, an image sensor and a driver circuit. The C11713CA mini-spectrometer incorporates a back-thinned CCD image sensor with improved etaloning characteristics which we have developed using our unique sensor technology, and are able to make stable measurement with high efficiency. The C11713CA has sensitivity in a wavelength range of 500 to 600 nm. Both offer a spectral resolution of 0.3 nm and come supplied with free evaluation software that allows setting measurement conditions, acquiring and saving data, and displaying graphs. DLL is also supplied as accessory items to allow the users to confi gure their own measurement software.
