"I love this little green and cream machine. Creating programs is incredibly easy and the organization and user interface are clear. It does exactly what I want it to do and is incredibly well thought out. My favorite thing about it is that the software includes a clock view so that you can easily see how much longer you have on your program from across the lab. It also makes a noise (not super loud, but noticeable) when it goes into "hold forever". At the end of the day, thermocyclers just need to work, but BioRad has probably won any future thermocycler purchases that I have control over."

"The thermal cycler works efficiently and the touch screen programming makes it very simple to use. We have been using for around 2 months and have not seen any problems. It heats up very quickly and appears to be stable at the required temperature. It was very useful to have a rep demonstrate the machine and to loan one for a few days to try out before buying.
