SurePrint G3 Human CGH Microarray Kit, 4x180K by Agilent Technologies

The Agilent SurePrint G3 Human CGH Microarray 4x180K model is a dual-color array containing 60-mer high quality probes. The chromosomal microarray is an effective tool for genome-wide DNA copy number variation profiling without amplification or complexity reduction.

The Human Genome CGH Microarray is designed with 13 KB genome-wide median probe spacing and enhanced coverage on known genes, promoters, miRNAs, PAR and telomeric regions. The probe is designed to optimize sensitivity and precision, and the system contains a range of internal quality control features.

• Each microarray contains over 170,334 distinct biological probes.
• The probe design and selection have been carefully optimized and validated for maximal sensitivity and specificity.
