SurePrint G3 Human CGH Microarray Kit, 1x1M by Agilent Technologies

The Agilent SurePrint G3 Human CGH Microarray 1x1M is a dual-color microarray containing 60-mer high quality probes. This chromosomal microarray is an effective tool for high resolution genome-wide DNA copy number variation profiling without amplification or complexity reduction.

The Human Genome CGH Microarray is designed with 2.1 KB genome-wide median probe spacing and enhanced coverage on known genes, promoters, miRNAs, PAR and telomeric regions. The probes are designed to optimize sensitivity and precision. In addition, the microarray contains a range of internal quality control features. Multiple microarray formats and bundled options are available.
