The analytical SFC, semi-preparative SFC, and preparative SFC technology-based systems outshine high performance liquid chromatography HPLC systems, in both economics and productivity. However, our supercritical fluid chromatography (SFC) system is used in high performance liquid chromatography (HPLC) mode, when CO2 is sub-optimal as a mobile phase.
