"Superdex 75 10/300 GL is used in molecular size exclusion chromatography. The total column volume is 24 ml and the maximum proteins in grams to be fractionated should not increased by 50 mg/ml. The recommended flow rate is 0.5 ml/min but for better resolution 0.2 ml/min is much better. The column can separate two proteins with a molecular mass difference of 30 kDa. Finally it is good for small scale uses."
