"I regularly perform solid phase extraction utilizing Supelclean coconut charcoal SPE tubes to analyze nitrosamine levels in drinking water. Our lab does not have an automated system, thus, I use a vacuum manifold. These SPE cartridges allow for good recovery and consistency, which are very important when analyzing ppt level contaminants. "
