Odenberg’s purpose built and designed high yield units are also used on other small products such as baby carrots etc. We also deliver systems for peeling all types of root vegetables, beets, chillies, onions etc.
At Odenberg we specialize in building robust, low maintenance and high reliability peeling units. We have recently developed the new Orbit™ Peeler which gives further peel loss reductions over existing systems. We also supply a range of steam peeler valves which we have designed and built to give long life and low maintenance. We currently have over 500 units in operation worldwide with an output capacity ranging from 2 to 50 tonnes per hour.
