This supermix is specifically formulated for use with difficult target sequences in a wide range of challenging sample types including crude lysates. The dsDNA-binding protein, Sso7d, stabilizes the polymerase-template complex, providing superior PCR inhibitor tolerance, increased processivity and specificity, and greater speed without affecting PCR sensitivity, efficiency, or reproducibility.
