"I've found that SsoAdvanced has lived up to the promise. I get excellent melt curves, CVs, and reaction efficiencies with this mix. I've set up (with liquid handling) 2 microliter reactions (cycled on the CFX384), left replicate plates sitting at room temperature and had <1% intrarun Cq CVs. Excellent product!"

"Another great product from BioRad! As a qPCR user I look for fast, accurate, repeatable results and this master mix really meets all of these requirements. The stable polymerase:template complex created provides greater speed due to reduced reaction times (1-5 sec annealing) and the fluorescent molecule EvaGreen generates great fluorescent signal and provides increased sensitivity that you will not feel the lack of SYBR green. "
