The SPRIworks Fragment Library Systems have built-in size selection and prepare fragment libraries for all three major next generation sequencing platforms. SPRIworks System III simplifies and automates fragment library construction for the Life Technologies SOLiD sequencer.

Like Systems I and II, System III has three components: the SPRI-TE Nucleic Acid Extractor, a method card that controls liquid handling, and a cartridge containing all the reagents required to prepare a single library. All the reagents, tips and tubes needed for processing a library are included in the SPRIworks Fragment Library System III Kit; users only need to provide samples and adapters.
