"I was very impressed with the effectiveness of the Sprayatec Malvern instrument in measuring droplet size characteristics. Its intuitive and user-friendly design made data collection a simple and accurate process. Additionally, its ability to analyze samples in real-time greatly reduced the time required for measurements. But what really surprised me was the accuracy of the collected data. The Sprayatec Malvern proved to be highly reliable, providing highly repeatable and consistent results. Furthermore, its wide range of configuration options allowed for highly customized and tailored data to fit my specific needs. In summary, the Sprayatec Malvern instrument has been demonstrated to be a high-quality, easy-to-use, and highly accurate measurement tool. I highly recommend this product to anyone in search of a reliable and high-quality measurement tool for their droplet size analysis and more."

Good instrument, SW v.3.2 not up to date to today's standards

"Once method setup is done, the instrument is easy to operate and is fairly reliable. All operation is run through SW. SW is simple to use but vary poor when handling large number of samples. The structure of saved files is old - folder based. To backup you data windows solutions is needed."

"The Malvern Spraytec device helps us to classify and even improve our different spray products. On the one hand we can differentiate them and on the other hand we are able to support product claims. Another important point is to guarantee the safety of our products regarding inhaling toxicity for example. Due to multiple measurements you can always get a statistically relevant result which can easily be reproduced. Once you are familiar with the software it is easy to handle but you need some time to get used to it. I am very happy about the support which we get from the Malvern support team and considering application possibilities, it`s absolutely worth the money we spent on that device."

"After using and analyzing my spray, I found Spraytec one of the best, most effective and easiest ways to characterize my spray. The Spraytec gives accurate and perfect results for the measurement of droplet size of spray. Moreover, it is very easy and safe to use, the laser is not so strong, so it doesn't effect you at all. "Spraytec System allows us to achieve a very good quality of measurement. It is able to measure droplet size distribution (DSD) for various samples (e.g. nasal sprays, perfumes, and other cosmetics, insecticides, etc.). Software is compliant with FDA 21 CFR so we have complete control of the results of our measurements. In the beginning, Spraytec software seemed complicated and difficult to learn. After a few measurements and more frequent work with the system, it became easier and more intuitive. Spraytec System is characterized by high resistance and reliability. It is very easy to use and does not require much attention to keep it functional and ready for operation. We have very good contact with our regional representative of the Malvern company, which provides us with full technical and substantive support when needed."

"This is a very good instrument that can be used for Nasal Spray development. During Nasal Spray development, you need to measure the actual droplet size in an open space. This instrument has been developed to do exactly that. To the best of my knowledge, this is the only instrument available to get the droplet size data for Nasal Sprays. The software needs more development from the point of user-friendliness, but the equipment works very well. I highly recommend this for anyone involved in measuring droplet size in a spray in an open environment."
