"Our lab is developing devices and protocols for microscale spectroelectrochemical measurements. The bulk of our work is in the ultraviolet and visible regions, but we've recently begun to expand our studies to the infrared. The PE Spotlight 150 is a reasonably priced infrared microscope that we purchased as an accessory to our PE Spectrum 65 FTIR spectrometer. The spatial resolution and sensitivity of the 150 is well-suited for our applications, and the technical support from PE staff is excellent."
