With the new SpeedCycler² Analytik Jena has launched the second generation of the original SpeedCycler technology with a brand-new device even faster compared to its predecessor. Extraordinary high heating and cooling rates of up to 15 degrees C/sec and 10 degrees C/sec, respectively, are realized. Only rapidPCR is capable for applications using so-called “touch and go-protocols. A whole experiment can be carried out in even less than 8 minutes. That makes the SpeedCycler² to the fastest available thermal cycler worldwide.
