"It is a powerful piece of equipment. The analyses and interpretation of results is supported by intuitive and robust software. It is great for multi-user platforms. An excellent choice in terms of cost vs benefit ratio. The use of specific and broad-spectrum fluorescence detection filters offers a high sensitivity in the detection of specific fluorophores, providing higher experimental reproducibility. The filter MULTI enables detection of different fluorescent labels allowing us to perform multiple assays for cellular interaction. The TUNE provides greater specificity in the different experimental trials, mainly using it with fluorescent labels. The absorbance filter allows large molecular assays or cell viability studies. I have this machine with the configuration described above and recommend it to all researchers who wish to purchase a personalized microplate reader which provides the highest sensitivity and specificity assays; especially for those who are seeking publication in sc"
