In general terms, spacer phosphoramidites are used during oligonucleotide synthesis to introduce a spacer arm into the sequence, bridging sections of an oligonucleotide. • C4,and C6 Disulfide phosphoramidite contain an disulfide linker which can be added to oligo requiring disulfide spacer arms. • 12 Atom spacer phosphoramidite contains tetra-ethylglycol linker which can be added to oligo requiring disulfide spacer arms.
