"In order to purify insoluble recombinant proteins expressed in bacteria, I use sodium deoxycholate (Sigma) in wash buffer. It is possible to remove residuals cell debris from inclusion body. There is a notable difference if you compare the inclusion body before and after the wash with this product. "
Anionic detergent; useful for extraction of membrane receptors and other plasma membrane proteins and for nuclei isolation.
