Appreciated by an increasing number of customers in quality control departments, Retsch’s AS 200 control has been redesigned as of early 2005. It now comes with a natural frequency drive that not only takes sample loads of up to 6 kgs, but also can be operated from 100-240 volts, 50 or 60 Hz. Furthermore, the sieve shaker features a new memory for 9 parameter combinations which makes routine operations even more convenient. What has not changed is the quiet operation and advanced digital technology that guarantees highly accurate and reproducible results. The optional IQ/OQ documentation is of particular interest to the pharmaceutical industry. The AS 200 control accepts sieve stacks from 100 mm to 8 inches diameter and is suitable for dry or wet sieving.
