"We have very demanding requirements for some of our qPCR applications. I have never seen any master mixes pass all tests so robustly nor continue to perform as consistently. We have had the products for 2+ years and counting without a single problem whatsoever. The Bioline crew has also been very cooperative & successful in creating custom reagents to meet other requests we've made. We did experience one mix-up in ordering one product, yet received another; the speed and ease with which the situation was corrected was also far superior to any other similar mix-up that I can recall with other vendors. "

SensiFAST™ Probe Hi-ROX Kit has been designed for fast, highly reproducible real-time PCR and has been validated on commonly used real-time instruments. The kit is formulated for use with probe-detection technology, including TaqMan®, Scorpions® and molecular beacon probes. SensiFAST Probe Kit is optimized for fast mode on fast qPCR instruments and fast cycling conditions on standard qPCR instruments.
SensiFAST SYBR® Hi-ROX Kit has been designed for fast, highly sensitive and reproducible real-time PCR and has been validated on commonly used real-time instruments. The antibody-mediated hot-start DNA polymerase system reduces the chances of primer/dimers formation. This allows a much greater dynamic range by removing competition for reaction components during amplification, in turn leading to greater sensitivity.
