The latest version of SARview combines a flexible and intuitive user interface for unparalleled usability with IDBS’ new visualization technology – making SARview 6.1 one of the most powerful SAR reporting tools currently available.
Incorporating IDBS’ SmartViz technology, SARview delivers multiple data views (in addition to table, tile and profile) within one application – which removes the necessity for third-party reporting tools. Data can be dynamically filtered using sliders and checkboxes with visualizations being automatically updated. Users can bookmark data of interest, which is subsequently highlighted in both the SmartViz and SARview environments.
SARview now includes support for both R-group decomposition and user-defined column calculation. Scientists can decompose a set of structures according to a common structural core and generate the individual R-group fragments.
