"The safe lock worked very well, even at high temperatures, 60-70C for 30 minutes, 1h, or 2h. No sign of leaking or evaporation of the reaction solution or color absorption from the solution on the tube wall when storing the solution under the atmosphere at room temperature. The tube is compatible with building in-house in-tip micro SPE pipette tip holders. It comes in different colors to protect the compound from direct light. It helps to reduce solvent usage when working derivatization for quantification."
