RW rotary washing machines are designed for processing glass or plastic containers.
The unique design of the RW series means there are no moving parts within the washing chamber, preventing any particulate generation. The vial holders and spray manifolds work to optimise WFI consumption and optional WFI recirculation and intermittent spraying can reduce WFI use even further. The rotary washing concept is also space-saving, and all models in the RW series feature small footprints.
Each vial format has a dedicated set of change parts to optimize cleaning. One person can change the machine over in less than 15 minutes. All other changeover requirements such as movements, settings and output rates are automatically set as part of the recipe. The series covers requirements from low to high output, automatic and semi-automatic operation in aseptic environments.
