"Qiagen has become quite slow in India. They take a long time to provide quotations even for kits and a follow up would take an era. RT² Profiler™ PCR Array is quite easy to use but I would not recommend it now when many other manufacturers are providing similar kits for fewer prices, better software support and much better after-sales care like Agilent. "
