"It is not easy to use at first, and the middleware looks far superior. The major problem is that we have this particular product in a porter-cabin and the floor is unstable. We would recommend only installing this product on solid floors. "

"The Hitachi 90 is reliable enough to walk away from without worrying; however the Qc isn’t easy to load as it has too many standards for calibration. The reagent loading is alright, nothing special."
