Robotic Tips for Tecan Automated Systems from Alpha Laboratories

Robotic pipette tips for laboratory robots must meet a higher standard than manual pipette tips since automated pipetting systems cannot adjust themselves for poor tip quality.

Alpha Laboratories Tecan robotic tips for Tecan automated systems are not just standard tips re-packaged for automated pipettors.  They have been carefully designed to fit the multichannel barrels of 96 head pipettors using advanced engineering methods.

We also add additional inspection steps to our standard 26-step process to visually check every rack of tips.  These are then handled carefully and transported using specially designed flat plastic containers.  This ensures tip warpage is precisely controlled to standards 25% better than the best tips made for manual pipetting.

All Alpha’s robotic tips are lot tested for DNase, RNase, Endotoxin contamination.
