The DRG Renin ELISA is an enzyme immunoassay for quantitative measurement of active Renin in human EDTA plasma. Renin measurement can also be helpful in diagnosis and treatment of certain types of hypertension, such as hyperaldosteronism, malignant hypertonia (high blood pressure), etc.

•  requires only 50μL Serum/plasma sample
• internal kit controls included
• single-breakable wells
• only 195 min. incubation time
• much faster assay procedure than for PRA
• CE Marked
