Agilent™s SurePrint G3 and HD CGH microarrays are the most comprehensive whole genome rat arrays, featuring high density coverage of coding and non-coding regions with emphasis on known genes. Probe design and selection have been carefully optimized and validated for maximal sensitivity and specificity. SurePrint G3 and HD probes annotated against UCSC rn4 (Baylor HGSC Build 3.4) November 2004Format-dependent probe spacing 0.5g total genomic DNA input requirement. All slide formats printed using Agilent's 60-mer SurePrint technology. Slide format depends on microarray. Can be purchased as a kit of five (1 x 1M, 1 x 244K and 2 x 105K), or as a kit of three (4 x 180K) or as a single slide.
