RAM II FT-Raman Module by Bruker Optics

The FT-Raman module RAM II can be coupled to Bruker's VERTEX Series multi range FTIR spectrometers, utilizing the spectrometer’s one input and one output port. Switching between the infrared and Raman is fully software controlled and combines fast and easy sample handling for both measurement modes.

For utmost suppression of fluorescence the RAM II module is equipped with standard 1064 nm excitation. The module can be configured with a dual channel option for additional excitation line. Bruker Optic’s proprietary ultra-high sensitivity Ge detector with a hold time of the refrigerant for an entire week, enhanced collection optics and the dynamic 24 bit electronics provide unsurpassed sensitivity performance and long term stability.

The RAM II offers a large sample compartment for housing an extensive range of pre-aligned sampling accessories, designed to accommodate all types of sample formats; from powders to liquids. Additionally various accessories such as automatic sample changers or low and high temperature stages are available to further enhance the performance of FT-Raman analysis.
