R-AXIS HTC

Description

The R-AXIS HTC represents the state of the art in imaging plate (IP) detector technology. The unique three-plate system of the R-AXIS HTC allows for simultaneous expose, erase and readout operations. This means that the duty cycle is limited only by the speed of the IP transport from one position to the next, making the R-AXIS HTC highly efficient for screening samples or for experiments with brief exposure times. In other words, it combines the high-throughput capability of a CCD with the large aperture size and dynamic range of an IP. Features Innovative three IP design with 10 second dead time and dual read heads Twenty second read time using a unique dual lens read head The same high sensitivity, wide dynamic range and low noise of the R-AXIS IV++ Full sampling of reciprocal space employing a partial-χ 3-axis goniometer Motorized detector sled for easy integration with ACTOR™ sample mounting robotics Enhanced throughput tailored to the Ultimate HomeLab™ system Supported by CrystalClear™ and HKL-2000 ® The R-AXIS HTC is the only imaging plate detector designed for high-throughput X-ray diffraction.
