So quick and simple!
Application Area: Quantify DNA and RNA
"The Qubit is fast, easy and accurate. Our previous methods of sample quant were either using a nanodrop when we have a few samples, or using florescence and a plate reader for a larger number of samples. The nanodrop isn't accurate enough for our downstream applications. The plate method is too expensive and time consuming for a small number of samples. The Qubit fits our needs perfectly."

Useful for reduced amount of material.
Application Area:Quantification of small amounts of nucleic acids
"The product requires the use of its sensitive, specific Qubit and quantitation assays. Very useful for quantification of small amounts of nucleic acids (used for NGS performances also), as well as for protein assessment. Easy, small sized and quick instrument. "

Compact, easy to use device to obtain concentrations of nucleic acids or protein in your samples.
Application Area:Obtaining dsDNA, ssDNA, RNA and Protein concentrations
"Compact, easy to use device to obtain concentrations of nucleic acids or protein in your samples. Touch screen practically walks you through the 2 step protocol. This device is much cheaper than the Nanodrop and does not contain an easy-to-break fiber optic cable. There are consumables associated with this product, but the cost is minimal compared to the savings in acquiring the device. Customer service is outstanding. I highly recommend this product."

"Our group purchased a Qubit to measure the DNA concentrations of our samples. It was very easy to use and the quick reference guide describes the mixing of the reagents very clearly! Our DNA is going to be sent out for sequencing and we wanted to get a highly accurate method, the Qubit stores the data and just plug in a thumb drive to collect the results."
The integrated design of the Qubit Fluorometer and assays results in quantitation that is far more sensitive than UV absorbance, making this system essential for quantitation of precious samples (samples that are rare, difficult to purify, or expensive to either obtain or prepare) or samples for "delicate" applications (samples for downstream assays that are extremely sensitive to sample conditions).
