"We were able to achieve highly satisfactory results with high sensitivity, selectivity and reproducibility. Technology platform operation was seamlessly smooth and was not challenging to train new team members. Considering the quality MS/MS data from our HTS targeted proteomics studies we deployed two additional 6500 QQQ MS, the after sales-service has been very promising and since over a year we have not encountered any instrument breakdown issues, very rugged instrument. I would be glad to deploy this state-of-the-art technology for future upcoming large molecule related projects and highly recommend it based on my experience."

"I had used this instrument after a Phase I and II metabolic incubation with S9 at different time point and with a single injection using an acquisition correlated with a dependent fragmentation I was able to determine with six injections all the metabolite profiling both for kinetic parameter and Metabolite Identification. A really robust instrument with powerful software."

"Just purchased one, the instrument is excellent. They have improved the software making it even better than before. It has high sensitivity and good selectivity fully integrated, the reproducibility is also much better. You can dilute more to a lower matrix effect, but I still recommend clean up steps as they are always necessary! The QTRAP comes with some good metabolite ID Light Sight and its linear dynamic range is very good. Overall it is excellent for residue analysis and metabolism studies. In particular there are many advantages to this system if you do TOX, residue, environmental fate, screening, etc. I highly recommend you get one."
