Qsurf is an ultra-fast surface area and total pore volume analyzers family based on the flow dynamic adsorption technique. It is available in four different configurations, single and multi point BET, with either one or three analytical ports. Despite the speed of analysis and the high throughput, Qsurf analyzers provide accurate determinations thanks to the sensitivity of its TCD detector and an innovative automatic calibration routine. Accurate determination is attained thanks to a routine automated calibration procedure carried out by a loop valve that injects a known dose of probe gas before any measurement. No manual injections are required. Analyses can be programmed from the instrument keypad as well as from the computer. Reporting can be directly done on a parallel printer or in electronic format on the computer.

Qsurf in the multi-point BET versions, feature an electronic gas mixture generator able to automatically supply different blends of nitrogen and helium. Up to six different gas mixtures in the BET range plus the percentage requested for the total pore volume determination are readily available for high level of operational simplicity. User defined percentages can also be programmed according to the sample surface area and the precision required.
