"It’s very convenient, quick and easy to use. Quick in-sense, very few steps plus the protocol is not very complicated. A high yield of DNA recovered and fast. I had cleaned more than 10 Kb of plasmid DNA. I am frequently using for both PCR and gel purification. I mainly work in DNA cloning and its manipulation. I profoundly recommended for high quality of column purification."
