"It is a extremely great product for purifying PCR products and getting rid of primers and dNTPs. One minor glitch though - when using to purify larger volumes (750uL+) - if Qiagen could make the filter tubes a little larger to accommodate about 1500uL of wash buffers, that would make it more user friendly. I give it a 5 star still though."
